29 CFR 1910.36(g)(4): Objects projecting into the exit route reduced the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements for exit routes: Main Working Level, Catwalk on tending side of Paper Machine #9- Employees were not protected from a trip and fall hazard where an oscillating shower head extended into and through the emergency exit route at the fixed stairs to climb down from the catwalk.
