29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: At 818 Lone Star Drive, O Fallon, Missouri, specifically inside of the Garage and Work Shop, the yellow, flexible extension cord that powered an outdoor pump was used as a substitute for fixed wiring thereby potentially exposing employees to an electrical hazard. This violation was noted on 09/24/19.
