29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2): All exposed parts of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform, excepting runways used exclusively for oiling, or running adjustments, were not protected by a stationary casing enclosing shafting completely: The employer does not protect employees from caught in hazards. At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically at the Mixer Machine, employees were exposed to two, unguarded, horizontal shafts. These shafts protruded out into the designated walking area by approximately 12 inches. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
