29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the grinding wheel. Employees using the Dayton Bench Grinder in the Vertex area and the work rest was not adjusted to 1/8 inch of the grinding wheel. The left wheel facing the the bench grinder did not have the work rest adjusted to an 1/8 inch or less.
