29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: a) Garick, LLC, Cumming, GA - In the bulk mill, oxygen and acetylene cylinders were stored next to entry door of the electrical room and not secured, on or about 1/30/19. b) Garick, LLC, Cumming, GA - In the bulk mill, an oxygen cylinder was stored leaning against the outside wall of the electrical room, on or about 1/30/19.
