29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: A.) Champion Modular, Inc. - On or about 11/20/18, and at times prior thereto, homemade metal caged lighting units were being utilized in the modular homes during construction. The lighting units were wired with additional electrical outlets. The electrical wiring and electrical outlets were not listed and labeled for the purpose in which they were being used. B.) Champion Modular, Inc. - On or about 11/20/18, and at times prior thereto, homemade five gallon plastic bucket lighting units were being utilized in the modular homes during construction. The plastic buckets were wired with additional electrical outlets. The lighting units were constructed with non-UL components, i.e. plastic buckets. Additionally, the electrical outlets were installed on non-UL components, i.e. plastic buckets.
