29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about 2/5/2018, at the shop of BC Direct Corp DBA Robotray, located at 15625 NW 15th Ave., Miami, FL 33169. An extension cord was used as permanent wiring to energize a saw (i.e. BROBO, Model 954205C, Serial #99418), exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
