29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): The employer shall assure that portable fire extinguishers are maintained in a fully charged and operable condition and kept in their designated places at all times except during use. a) Facility located at 360 Lambs Road, Sewell NJ, Warehouse/Production, C Bay on Column located between section 10 & 11: The gauge needle on the Amerex, portable fire extinguisher, NO YD-336124, was point to recharge, on or about 10/3/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
