29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) Set Up Department: A DeWalt 8 inch bench grinder, model DW758 serial number 2011 53-YL61679, had an opening at the work rest on the right grinding wheel measuring 1 1/4 inches, on or about 9/13/17.
