29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed. On 6/15/17, at the Winder facility, forklift operators were observed to drive through aisles with obstructed view without sounding the horn and to travel in a forward motion when their view was obstructed with loads of pallets.
