29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) Throughout the production area; Machine guarding was not provided for in-running nip-points and rotating parts on equipment, including but not limited to the following; i. In-running nip-points were not guarded on the finished goods conveyor in areas, including but not limited to; between the power roller and conveyor belt and the transfer point onto the turntable. ii. Rotating parts were not guarded on the dough mixer, including but not limited to; the mixer blades.
