29 CFR 1926.761(c)(1): Multiple lift rigging procedure. The employer shall ensure that each employee who performs multiple lift rigging has been provided training in the following areas: a. On the site where the Alliance Data Building No. 3 was being built, the employee performing the multiple lift (Christmas Treeing) was not provided training prior to being required to lift multiple pieces of steel thereby exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
