29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: On or about March 7, 2016: 1. There were exposed live 480 volts electrical wires on extruder #2 that exposed employees to electric hazards. 2. There was a frayed electric cord on the milk jug grinder that exposed employees to 480 volts electric hazard.
