Wright Pallet, Inc. located in Lima, Ohio: On or about December 2, 2015, the employer did not ensure employees exposed to electrical shock and arc flash hazards when working on 480 volt electrical systems were provided training on the following topics: 1. How to inspect electrical protective equipment; 2. Limitations of electrical testing equipment; 3. How to inspect electrical testing equipment.
