29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) Maintenance Shop: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, the 2012 6 inch Dewalt bench grinder, Serial Number 45-YL78376, used by maintenance employees to grind down and make parts for the rides had a work rest opening of a 1/2 inch on both sides. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
