29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Wyman Gordon, 244 Worcester Street, North Grafton, Massachusetts; The employer did not ensure that listed and labeled equipment was used in accordance with the instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about June 9, 2015, employees were exposed to electric shock hazards where 120 VAC electrical equipment was used outside of the approved listing labeling as tested by a National Recognized Testing Laboratory. a. Dimensional inspectors, by the Marvel Saws, were using a cart with a relocatable power tap which was powered via an extension cord. b. Photo shop employees were using testing equipment powered by a series of extension cords and relocatable power taps. c. Spray booth, relocatable power tap was used to power pumps.
