29 CFR 1910.184(c)(14): Employers must not use slings without affixed and legible identification markings. a. On or about June 9, 2015, located in the Stair Bay, there was a nylon sling that did not have any identification markings. The nylon sling was being used to lower a steel I-beam structure by an employee while the nylon strap was on the sharp edges of the I-beam, thereby exposing the employee to a stuck-by hazard.
