29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(3)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written compliance program to reduce exposures to or below the permissible exposure limit, and interim levels if applicable, solely by means of engineering and work practice controls in accordance with the implementation schedule in paragraph (e)(1). a. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 21, 2015, the employer did not ensure a compliance program was developed and implemented to reduce employee exposures to lead when employees were performing bi-monthly cleaning operations in the shooting range. An employee was over exposed to lead at 909 ug/m3 when cleaning the shooting range which exceeded the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1818%.
