29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch: South Plant by the small part area - Employees operating the Dewalt DW758 Bench Grinder were exposed to tool jamming hazards in that the distance between the right side work rest and the abrasive wheel periphery measured 0.5 inch. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
