29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment. a) Warehouse Area - On or about 1/30/15, the employer did not perform a personal protective equipment hazard assessment for employees working with materials such as, but not limited to, hydrofluoric acid and methylene chloride. Employees were not provided with personal protective equipment necessary to protect them from these hazardous materials. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
