29 CFR 1917.120(b)(6): Fixed stairways were obstructed: a) On or about August 28, 2014, at the steps near the rail shed, plastic piping was found running between two steps which were located approximately 5 feet from the ground. This exposed employees to a trip hazard which could result in broken bones and bruises.
