B) #3 Hardwood reclaim conveyor, on or about August 6, 2014, the rotating wing drum and the conveyor belt was not properly guarded, exposing employees to a rotating drum and an in-running nip point hazard. C) #2 west T3 and T4 stacker conveyors, on or about August 7, 2014, the rotating wing drum and the conveyor belt was not properly guarded, exposing employees to a rotating drum and an in-running nip point hazard. D) #1 tower west to T3 and T4 conveyors, on or about August 7, 2014, the rotating wing drum and the conveyor belt was not properly guarded, exposing employees to a rotating drum and an in-running nip point hazard.
