29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) No emergency eye wash or drenching facility was available for use in the chemical treatment area of the boiler house on 7/23/2014. Corrosive chemicals including FREMONT BWT 4393 were in 55 gallon drums being used to dispense into secondary containers.
