On or about 5/14/14 at 200 McIntyre Drive, Hartwell, GA: employees were observed operating powered industrial trucks while not looking in the direction of travel at all times in areas including but not limited to: a. GP 12, in Department 22. b. the tubing department. c. the CS1 sort area, Department 25.
