29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(7): Ladders were used on slippery surfaces: a) 104 Emerson Court, southern most unit - Employee used an aluminum extension ladder bearing on a couple of sheets of 4 foot x 8 foot plywood laying on the ground while installing metal roofing to the top of the box bay window approximately 18 feet above ground level, on or about 03/01/14. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
