29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): The employer did not incorporate the operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicles that employees are being trained to operate. a). Shop Area- On or about and times prior to 20 February 2014, the employer did not incorporate the manufacturer's requirement to travel with loads 4 to 6 inches from the ground level into their forklift training program, thus exposing employees to struck-by and crush-by hazards.
