29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a. On or about September 20, 2013, employees, servicing and maintaining equipment, such as but not limited to the liquid AC tanks, dryer and mixer, were exposed to hazards resulting from the unexpected release of stored energy. The employer had not conducted a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures at least annually to ensure the procedures were followed.
