29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify. This violation occurred on or about July 10th, 2013, where the employer did not construct or install controls to mark the boundaries of the swing hazard associated with the 90 ton Nippon crawler crane.
