29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (3) on hazardous chemicals in their work at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: Complete Liquidations dba The Furniture Exchange/North Brunswick, NJ - Throughout the warehouse: Employees were not provided with information and training on the handling of hazardous chemicals used within the facility. Employees work with chemicals such as, but not limited to: - Dimethyl Ketone, Xylene, Ethyl Alcohol, Isopropanol, Butanol, and Toluene contained in E.S. Lacquer Elite II Satin, - 2-(2-butoxyethoxy)ethanol and disodium metasilicate contained in All Purpose Prepaint Degreaser, - Aliphatic Hydrocarbons Solvent, VM&P Naphtha and Acetone contained in OPEX Lacquer Thinner, - Methylpentane and Cyclohexane contained in 3M Super 77 Multipurpose Adhesive, - Acetone contained in 3M Super 77 Multipurpose Adhesive (Aerosol), - Isophorone diisocyanate contained in Corotech Alkyd Catalyst (V705 90), etc. Condition observed on or about July 2, 2013.
