29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than onehalf the diameter of the shaft: Employees trimming clods in the processing floor were exposed to hazards of a protruding and rotating shaft measuring approximately 2 inches long and 1 inch in diameter, located at the end of the clod table. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection. No certification is required.
