29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Cooer Area: A pennant drop cord was no longer secured to the junction box by the strain relief fitting allowing the weight of the cord to be transferred directly to the terminals within the fixture. This item was corrected during the inspection. No additional documentation is necessary.
