29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in bathrooms or on rooftops did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. (a) At the USP Staff Dining area and at UNICOR Laundry area, the duplex convenience outlet next to the sink and the outlet for the soap dispenser did not have ground fault circuit interrupter protection for the staff.
