29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: (a) At pump testing area 705 Northwest 27th Avenue, Ocala, FL; On or about April 30, 2025: employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, the conduit feeding the control box was separated from its fitting exposing the wiring to the elements and potential abrasion.
