29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a- 919 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 8 feet 4 inches to the concrete flooring below, when accessing to an A-framed ladder's top step from an interior scaffold's horizontal support to reach the concrete flooring below. Condition observed on or about 04/03/25.
