29 CFR 1926.452(c)(4): Where uplift could occur which would displace scaffold end frames or panels, the frames or panels were not locked together vertically by pins or equivalent means: At the jobsite located at 9701 W. 53rd St. N., Maize, KS 67101, employees engaged in masonry activities on an active tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to fall hazards of 13 feet 1 inch, and hazards of instability and collapse of the scaffold in that the vertical stacking pins were not secured to prevent uplift.
