29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer did not establish written procedures to manage changes to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures, and changes to facilities that affect a covered process: (a) Cargill, Inc. DBA Cargill Meat Solutions Corporation, 1505 East Burlington Avenue Fort Morgan, CO 80701: On or about February 6, 2025, the employer did not implement or document the management of change (MOC) process for the addition of a gate valve on piping lines CS 100 and 101 located on the penthouse roof, which exposed employees to inhalation hazards associated with ammonia.
