29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about November 6, 2024, at the spray booth area of the jobsite located at 1160 West 13th St, Unit 10, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, an industrial fan lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug, thus exposing an employee to an electrical hazard.
