29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: (a) On or about June 30, 2024, at 19 South Pointe Drive, Dania Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to chemical burn hazards when handling a "blue solution" from a unlabeled container which contained a mix of water and "SODA ASH".
