29 CFR 1910.176(b):Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a.) PJ Murphy Forest Products Corp - on or about 3/12/24, and at times prior thereto, pallets of pet bedding chips were stacked unevenly causing a potential struck by hazard if the pallets and product tipped over. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
