29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section. a.) On or about February 28, 2024 and at times prior thereto, by the 308 Straightening machine, employees were in use of two(2 )one-gallon containers containing hydraulic fluid and water-soluble oil and the containers were not labeled with the name of chemical and potential hazards. b.) On or about February 28, 2024 and at times prior thereto, on a table by the Komatsu #9 60-ton press, employees were in use of a one-gallon container containing an unknown chemical and the container was not labeled with the name of chemical and potential hazards. c.) On or about February 28, 2024 and at times prior thereto, by a Samsung CNC machine, employees were in use of a one-gallon container containing an unknown chemical and the container was not labeled with the name of chemical and potential hazards.
