29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about April 11, 2024, an employee working in the Dock Area was exposed to fire related injuries because the portable fire extinguisher was blocked and not readily accessible.
