29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about October 5, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees applying corrosive polyurethane foam adhesive product mixture to lumber framing in the Utility area were exposed to a corrosive chemical hazard such as but not limited to: a) An eyewash was not readily available within the required distance for corrosive chemical exposure.
