29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: On or about November 29, 2023, inside the shipping and receiving warehouse located at 6512 Blanchar's Crossing, Windsor, employees were exposed to carbon monoxide from the propane powered industrial vehicles, without having received training on the health hazards of carbon monoxide.
