At the worksite, located at 10600 Endeavour Way Largo, FL 33777; On or about 11/13/23, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that machine guarding systems were not utilized or provided for employees operating the Sheffield Narrow Goods Cutter in close proximity to the cutting blades and heat iron while performing fabric processing operations in the blocking room.
