29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) 1204 E. 12th St., Wilmington, DE 19802 (Building #4): On or about August 3, 2023, the access space at the front of the switch disconnects were blocked with loaded pallets exposing employees to potential shock and trip hazards due to limited access to the disconnects in the event of an emergency.
