29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about July 14, 2023, sufficient access and working space was not provided to the breaker panels in the utility room. Space in front of the panels was used for storage, and access space of two and one-half (2.5) feet deep by thirty (30) inches wide was not maintained in front of the panels.
