29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section: a) On or about July 13, 2023, at 1096 N Venetian Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, on the north side of the house, the scaffold system had a cross brace as the guardrail, but it was missing a top rail, exposing employees to a 10-foot fall hazard. b) On or about July 13, 2023, at 1096 N Venetian Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, on the north side of the house, the scaffold system had a cross brace as the guardrail, but it was missing a top rail, exposing employees to a 27-foot fall hazard. c) On or about June 29, 2023, at 1096 N Venetian Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, on the west side of the house, the scaffold system had a cross brace as the guardrail, but it was missing a top rail, exposing employees to a 12-foot fall hazard. d) On or about June 29, 2023, at 1096 N Venetian Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, on the west side of the house, the scaffold system had a cross brace as the guardrail, but it was missing a top rail, exposing employees to a 18-foot fall hazard.
