29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a): Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not prevent entry of hands or fingers into the point of operation by reaching through, over, under or around the guard(s): On or about October 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that a part revolution clutch Rousselle manufactured mechanical power press, equipped with a cut-off die, on the PC #3 line was adequately guarded. The moveable plastic shields that were used as guarding did not prevent employees from reaching around the guards to reach the point of operation. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
