29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer did not establish and implement written procedures to manage changes to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures; and changes to facilities that affect a covered process. On or about 03/08/2023, at the facility located in Enid Oklahoma, The employer did not have an established process to communicate to all affected workers the purpose for modification to a written procedure and the status of those changes. This exposed employees to ammonia release hazards.
