29 CFR 1910.160(b)(6): Fixed extinguishing systems were not inspected annually by a person knowledgeable in the design and function of the system to assure that the system is maintained in good operating condition: a) Outside Paint Booth Building: The fire extinguishing system for the paint booth, in which flammable liquids were sprayed, had not been inspected since October of 2020, which resulted in employee exposure to fire and explosion hazards, on or about March 28, 2023. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
